Answer:
We're sorry to hear that the wrong name is printed on your cheque. Please send the cheque back to us in one of your pre-paid envelopes, with a note telling us what name should be on the cheque and we'll send you another cheque out.

Please remember to tell us your Account Number when you send the cheque back.
