Is there a charge for cancelling a customer's entire order?

Answer:
Unfortunately we have to make a charge for cancelled orders. If your customer cancels their entire order up to 1st September 2011, the charge will be 5% of the order value, with a minimum £20 charge. If your customer cancels their order after 1st September 2011, the charge will be 10% of the order value, with a minimum £20 charge.
