HOW TO ORDER
You can order in the following ways:
Online
Go to our online catalogue and simply add items to your basket. You'll need to be registered and logged in to place your orders online.
By phone
Call us with your order on our Orderline 0845 604 0351

8th November to end December:

9am - 5pm, Saturday
10am - 4pm, Sunday
January:

All calls charged at your local rate.
(Calls may be monitored or recoreded for training purposes).

Request a catalogue When you receive it, you can fill out an order form and post it back to us in the envelope you'll receive with your catalogue.
HOW TO PAY
You can pay in many ways:
Online - simply login to your account and make payments online, using your debit or credit card.
Direct Debit - Set up a Direct Debit online or fill out a Direct Debit Mandate and return it to us at the address below.
Giro - you can pay using cash at the Post Office or by using cash or cheque at your own bank branch. Please use one of the Giro slips provided with your catalogue. (Please note that cheques are not accepted at the Post Office).
Automated payments - call our Balance Enquiry and Payments Line on 0845 603 0502 and select the payments option to make an automated payment using your debit or credit card.
Over the phone - call us on 0845 604 0351 and speak to one of our advisors to make payments using your debit or credit card.
By cheque - send us a cheque through the post (cheques should be made payable to Country Christmas Savings Club Ltd). Please write your name, address and Account/Reference Number on the reverse and send it to us at Country Christmas Savings Club Ltd, Valley Road, Birkenhaed CH41 7ED - or use one of the FREEPOST envelopes provided.
PayPoint - You can also make your payments wherever you see the PayPoint sign. Simply hand them your personalised Giro slip so they can scan the barcode, along with your cash payment (minimum £5, maximum £15 in any one transaction).
