Delivery Information

Delivery notification - A letter detailing the specific dates of all your deliveries will be sent to you in October 2009.

Direct delivery -
If you have customers and would like to arrange for delivery of their goods to be made direct to them, this may be arranged for certain items by calling your Careline Team on 08457 678 933. A charge of £4.00 per item will apply. There are exceptions to this, where no extra charge will be made, such as some electrical goods and PCs. PC packages are delivered direct to your customers as installation and basic training is provided. Please ensure we have full contact details for your customers, to ensue the smooth delivery of their goods.

Early releases -
Most vouchers and a limited number of other products can be released early, if requested, provided your account is paid in full. Please call our Careline Team for full details.

Money back guarantee -
All goods should be delivered to you in perfect condition. If, however, you are not satisfied, then please contact us within seven working days of delivery and we will gladly refund or replace the item.

Manufacturer's guarantee -
Certain items are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. If a fault develops on these products, please refer to the manufacturer for repair or call our Careline Team (electrical goods only).

Special delivery -
If you are forwarding vouchers or jewellery to your customers by post, always use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any losses after delivery to you.

Substitutions -
Occasionally we may need to substitute products (including bonus gifts in hampers). Any substitutions we make are guaranteed to be of equal or higher value to the ones you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with any substituted item, we will bear the cost of its return (subject
to terms and conditions).

Latest spec supplied -
As you know, electrical items are constantly being improved due to technological advances. Look out for the plug symbol alongside some of our electrical products. What this means is, when an item has been upgraded by the manufacturer from the one shown, it is our policy to always supply you with the latest corresponding model available - at no extra cost!

Fresh packs - all fresh fruit and vegetables and cheese hampers will be delivered in insulated packaging by 23rd December 2009 in the UK Mainland only. (The UK Mainland excludes The Scottish Islands (for example Shetland, Orkneys, Lewis), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).

Moving house? If
you or any of your customers are planning to move house, please make sure you tell us your new contact details immediately. Having incorrect details will affect your deliveries. Any changes after 1st November 2009 may result in delays to your deliveries.
